We went here at 10 o clock at night. All we ordered was a small burger and some fries. HOW HARD IS THAT?? It wasn?t even busy.... The workers got so many other peoples orders out, that were AFTER us. We had to wait almost an hour for our food. NEVER again.Or at least cut the hours at night if you can?t have decent service. It?s a McDonald?s not a 5 star restraunt. The workersshould know better. I was 6th in line at the drive-thru & the car at the window was waiting on their order. I was in line over 5 minutes & they... still hadn't moved. Why weren't they asked to go to the waiting area for their order to be brought out? I finally went inwhere there were 10 people in line waiting on their orders. The cashier was apparently upset about something as she was verycurt with me. This store needs a GOOD manager!! Worst store I've been in. Read more
The cashier told us they were short on staff and he was new. That was fine with me. What was gross was that he had to stop me... from talking twice to get out his bottle to spit because he was using chewing tobacco. We come here everytime we leave the casino. My husband loves their strawberry banana smoothie! The ladies there are always so... nice! Very polite and the place is always clean! They are short staffed so they close for an hour to prepare for breakfast. Sowhat?! They wanna make sure food safety is followed and their store is clean! Good for them! Staffing was short, so the were not serving anyone until 4am. I waited for an half an hour to be served and the menu had turned... to breakfast. My biscuit was hard around the edges. This biscuit should have been fresh. They had just started serving. Read more
This McDonalds is always well-staffed, clean and efficient. Excellent service, highly professional and consistently clean. ... Most impressive is the bathrooms. There is a homeless tent city on the river and this is the closest public restroom to it, andit is, without fail, the cleanest McDonalds bathroom I've ever experienced.
