It's okay if you like their food. This location could use a little face-lift. Building looks old and dingy, inside and out.
The lobby is extremely dirty, food was terrible, and they are charging more than listed menu price. When we inquired about price... difference, we were told prices went up but they didn't update menu boards. Read more
KFC is known for their chicken, not their service, and this location is a good example. Came in to get a 12 piece family meal... only to be told by staff member number 1 that they could only do extra crispy or we would have to wait 20 minutes. So we agreeto extra crispy and staff member 1 disappears around the corner to begin filling the order, or so we assumed - 5 minutes laterstaff member number 2 comes out of the back and asks what we ordered. When we say 12 piece family dinner he informs us that hecan only do 9 pieces original recipe if that?s ok? Since that?s what we prefer we agree to 9 pieces + 3 pieces extra crispy. Staff member 2 fills up the bucket and goes to get the sides. Meanwhile staff member 1 comes back empty handed to let us knowthey are now out of chicken (ignoring the bucket sitting on the counter) and it will be a 15 minute wait. Then staff member 2comes back with the sides and rings us out. How about a little communication guys?! We ended up taking a good 15 minutesanyway due to complete lack of communication. Food was typical KFC, decent chicken, good biscuits, good slaw, obviouslypowdered mashed potatoes. Exactly what you?d expect. The service though - that?s why the two stars. Well let?s just say my appetite was ruined ????????
Yesterday I went through the drive thru and bought 40 of the biscuits and they were very accommodating for me in putting them in... buckets so I could say I had a ?bucket of biscuits.? They also gave me a lot of honey, jam, and butter to make sure I had theproper condiments with my biscuits. 12/10 customer service, will probably buy a lot of biscuits again once I finish eating theseones. I've always loved KFC! However, since becoming vegan, I wasn't sure if I'd ever get to have KFC chicken again. But thanks to KFC... offering their "Beyond Fried Chicken," my family and I can now enjoy it again! Great place to eat! Read more
Stopped here for a quick meal during a roadtrip and it was about what you'd expect: nothing special. The place clearly had some... wear and tear and could use some renovation. All this would have been fine, but the chicken was barely warm when it was ready.On top of that, the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese were very bland. I remembered KFC being better. I wouldn't visit hereunless you are really craving fried chicken and want a short stop. Read more
