We have had Greek's in Noblesville several times and loved it, unfortunately we did not love this particular location. The pizza... was about 30 minutes late, over cooked, and had a crazy amount of flour on the crust. We were taking everything on a picnic, soI asked for plates, napkins, and utensils - they were out of EVERYTHING except the napkins. I had ordered a salad - cost wasover $9, so I was expecting a family size salad, but ended up with a very small, smaller than fast food sized salad. I went backto get 2 more (because we had lots of people) and it took another 30 minutes to make the 2 salads. Very disappointing! Will notbe returning. Read more
I very rarely edit my ratings and reviews, but my last few visits obviously made me rethink that.... I have realized that my... feelings for this place are a true love / hate relationship. I ask EVERY SINGLE TIME for my items to be LIGHT BAKED, considering its an option that IS offered, I've yet to figure out why though... I saw a few replies from the staff and/or ownersabout the oven and seasonal changes, and this causing the burning issue... I'm gonna have to say I call your bluff on that, and it's complete B?LL$?!T¡!¡!¡!!! I only say this based on a conversation I have had with 2 different people, neither theowner. I had ordered OVER the phone, to make sure they understood how important it was to have the pizza LIGHT BAKED (2 PICKYKID'S DOES NOT HELP HERE), AND to use a coupon from the monthly gator saver or whatever it is... They don't have online codes, so if you are lucky enough to have someone answer the phone you can use them.... I also asked for the pizza, to be SQUARE cut,and half extra cheese, other half sausage.. I personally thought my order was pretty simple, but I must have been wrong...The pizza had sausage over the whole, pizza cut instead of party cut, pizza.... It honestly looked like EXTRA sausage.... Icould have salvaged that, and pick the meat off my 2 year Olds pizza.... What I couldn't salvage was the wrong cut, or theEXTRA EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA DARK BEYOND BURNT crust.... I received an apology, and a " I'll make sure there's a note added to youraccount about making sure it's light bake on future orders." Then I was informed going forward whenever I order, to call myorder in and ASK FOR ONE OF THE BROTHERS to make my order, as they make it perfect everytime.... Loved the pizza when they came back to Shelbyville. The last 2 times i have ordered it was not what i had gotten on the... beginning. Today i ordered 2 pizzas and they were both burnt on top. I will order 1 more time and make a justement call onweather i keep doing business Read more
Only gave 3 stars because of the Pizza being incorrect and not even a small discount. Otherwise it would be a 5 Star... rating.... Pizza order was incorrect but they were willing to fix it without asking. Offered to make a new pizza free of chargebut really don't have the time to wait + 2 Xtra large pizzas are a little much for 2 people. Brought us more bread sticks, Whichwas cool. But other than that their pizza it's tasty to say the least. And hand made dough and toppings seemed fresh as you canget. I would say they easily rank in the top 2 favorite pizza places in Shelbyville. In final review after leaving. Yes theywere willing to make an other pizza for free even though we didn't want or need a second pizza. They did not even discount thepizza we did order that was not correct. I didn't expect for free but a discount would have been a nice way of saying sorry forthe mix-up. So I'm now taking my 4 to 5 Star rating down to a 3.
