Waited an hour to eat dinner, to get seated and see lots of empty tables?? Tired of the no help excuse. If you cannot manage... your daily operations and serve HOT food instead of warm at best then close the doors until you can properly serve the public. Iwill never return here again. Read more

We stopped on our way to Lawrenceburg for lunch. Annie our server was great & attentive to our needs. We were so happy w/ our... meal & service we stopped in on the way back home. What can I say about Cracker Barrel. No matter where you go. No matter what state you are in they just always serve a great... meal! As good as the entres are the side dishes are nothing short of fantastic! That same great food is served up by attentive,helpful employees. Even though we came in right at closing they accepted us warmly and were gracious about our order. In fact it wasn't until after... we had placed our order that I realized they were technically closed. But the staff did not make us feel rushed out or anything.The food was excellent. This location was racist and disrespectful to food when you show up black! Me and my sister go to different locations every... week. We enjoy the food. However at this location... from young man with glasses on host. We were not welcome. He triedeverything to make us not schedule a spot on waiting list. We tried to over look him. Finally received a table. Told no silveravailable. We would receive with food. Seated. The server helped everyone around us. Even customer settled after me and mysister. I ask a server for help. The server got our server. She took the order. It was breakfast at 1:16 pm. Received the coldor old breakfast at 2:30pm. The pancakes were like plastic. I was hungry. I ate bacon and half cold egg. The waiter said sheRemove pancake price but charge for bacon and egg. The sad part is the bacon and egg price was the same as price with pancakemeal. Not sure what's going on with the waiter. But she chose the job. Customer service is for everyone. Not whites onlyanymore! That is one of black people reason they stop or don't go to crackle barrel now. The only reason I'm giving 2-star's, 1-for hostess upon arrival was greeted, & seated, the other star for paying the courteous... lady at register durning paying my bill in full, at check out. After seated waitress came to table, she said that she wasconfused, didn't know if it was her table to waitress. When she finally returned, we placed our beverage order. When she rtnwith beverages, we placed our meal order, & we patiently waited a long time for our food. She walked by looking at our tableseveral time's, I think she was high...I asked politely for both our beverages to be refilled each time she, walked starring atus, again, & again, she never returned with beverages.. wasn't serving anyone else,staring off into space, I even asked if shewas alright, she giggled & walked away.. We never recvd drink refills!!! Once we finally recvd food, along with the bill, wewe're missing part of our order, the biscuits, cornbread, jam, butter for our entres, along with cinnamon roll, still no drinkrefills!! Asked for each of those item's that she didn't bring, napkins, & once again, asked politely for our drinks to berefilled. After I received my dinner of country fried chicken, mash potatoes w/white gray, w/side of chicken dumplings. Took abite of the chicken it was hard, cold, & dried out. Tried the dumplings lost my appetite after the taking a bite of dumplings,it's had hair in it, lost my appetite, set my plate to the side. When she finally returned, she brought the jams, butter,biscuits, cornbread, NO cinnamon roll, NO REFILL'S once again, she however asked for our bill, she said she forgot to add thecinnamon roll, thay she never brought to the table. She returned with the bill, no refills but brought my aunts cinnamon bun...She asked if I wanted a to go box I told her about the hair, nasty cold food, & she said better luck next time!!!
