Seems like they have a hard time at night trying to seat people and it’s not because all the seats are full. Tonight I was... told that they were a half hour behind on orders and there was hardly anyone in there apparently those were to go orders. Thisis not the first time I’ve gone in there with nobody in there hardly and then told they can seat me! When we do go there andeat we get great service after we’ve been seated! This is the worst bdubs location I've ever seen. Every order takes over an hour regardless of how busy they are, and most of the... time they get something wrong. They had a new manager the past few weeks and things started to improve, but today I went and itwas the worst I've ever seen. Several people waited more than 20 minutes just to be seated while I was waiting. A server gotinto a fight with a customer. The manager went into the kitchen and refused to come out for a while. I'm pretty sure a fewtables walked out without paying because they were so fed up with waiting (after this happened the people who were waiting stillwere not seated). After watching all this happen my order finally came out and they still got part of it wrong. I've seen somepoor management and service at a bdubs before but this was definitely the worst. Pizza hut is across the street and serves wingsthat are just as good. Read more
We have come in between games twice (two separate occasions) with a group of people and have told we couldn’t be served. We... even stated we would sit separately and we were still turned away. The restaurant was not busy on either occasion. Yesterday wewere told there were only two cooks so we couldn’t be served. We went to Wings Etc and had a wonderful experience! I guessthis location rather not make a profit off serving customers. We will not be back. Read more
OK so where do I begin I guess I will start with this: we order the food at 6:11pm and yes it took maybe 10 to order our food... but dam the food we order was not hard to make! Anyhow the person on the phone said it would be 30 minutes tell pickup we gopick it up and they come and say it will be another 10 minutes there were about 30 people in the restaurant and all of them hadfood and drinks the whole 9yrd I don't understand what the hold up is this will be the last time I come to this restaurant thisis rediculis!! Opening NFL Sunday 2022. As a sports bar you should be prepared for fans to come in and eat and drink. Although understaffed, we... were fortunate enough to have the BWs Week 1 MVP, Kellie. Overwhelmed to say the least, as people flooded in, Kellie was therefor us, asking to put in our toddlers meal before the flood, pouring drinks, waiting multiple tables, and pretty sure even inthe back cooking some of the food. The bartenders are great! It's hard to beat the $3 house special Goose Island beer. They have a great selection of other beers.... Chicken Tenders were great. I loved the Nashville hot sauce on them. The only downside is I can't stand any of the music thatplays in the restaurant. Read more
I usually have enjoyed my experience at B-Dubs in the past. I have never been to this location before as I just moved to this... town. but while waiting for my Chinese food me and my friend decided to go in and have a drink. Once bartender asked us what wewanted we ordered two shops very normal shots. One was a Vegas bomb The other was a buttery crown. I would say for myexperiences needs two shots should be very well known. This girl started to proceed to say that she had no idea how to make oneas she went over to the computer she said she couldn't even find them. She kept saying that they only serve beer and that she'snever been trained. Though I see behind the bar an entire liquor shelf. I would assume the lack of businesses due to the lack ofservice.
