Drive thru customer service is horrible. They slow and got attitude like they don?t want to be there. Spent 25 minutes in drive... thru before pulling off and taking my money elsewhere and everyone behind me had already pulled off too.Only 2 cars in front ofus all that time. This location customer service has been horrible since the doors open and I hoped over time it would getbetter but it has not. Popeyes is expensive but food is good if done right so don?t let these non work ethic people run thisbusiness out of business. It really is a shame this location is so terrible. It?s a nice new building, but it?s always dirty, with slow and rude service.... Be certain to ask for any utensils, napkins, straws, etc? they don?t include them with ANYTHING. I?ve given them a couple triesand have had consistently bad service each time. I doubt this location lasts another year-It?s difficult to maintain a customerbase (especially in a small town) when service is regularly poor. *Edit: I completely understand that most serviceestablishments are crazy understaffed right now, if that were the only issue -fine-? Most of the food here is very good. And sometimes the service is outstanding. But at other times, the wait for your food can be... extremely long. I recently had a bad experience here, but I've had many good visits too. They have a new GM now. She has someskills and awareness necessary to improve operations here.
