If you want the best snowball you've ever had then you have to go to Pelicans. Over 100 flavors and the flavor last from the... first spoon full until the last spoon full! The flavor doesn't fade halfway through the cup! Awesome!! Read more
Amazing every time, the workers are super friendly. The prices are good and there's a lot of options for flavors.
