I ordered Cantonese chicken with mixed vegetables and fried rice. I spent over $17.00 and I got a small tray of broccoli and... red bell peppers. Literally thats it. No chicken not 1 single shred. Nothing. The fried rice was old and reheated. Nastiesttasting rice I ever ate in my life. Quality and quantity have suffered since the new owners have taken over. Very disappointed that the high quality of food and... service were not maintained after the change about 3 or 4 months ago. I went here on a Friday night around seven o'clock, and they were not busy at all. I ordered the pepper steak and four egg rolls... as a to-go order. The egg rolls were not crispy at all like they are supposed to be, and I'm not sure if they were under cookedor had been sitting for a while. They definitely were not fresh. Not as good as we thought it would be. Did the lunch buffet and there were only about 4 meat items to choose from. Then there... was rice and lomein. Food itself was not bad but the amount of options and staff attitudes were less than desirable. Pricewasn't too bad; 2 buffets and 2 drinks came out a little more than $20. Ordering from the menu might be better but I doubt we'llbe going back again to try. Read more

I was so excited to eat Chen?s tonight?then I was disappointed. I get home and open my food, put it in a plate and shook my... head. I received a lot of vegetables with my little bit of rice (the rice box wasn?t full), very little beef and shrimp. I?vebeen getting Chen?s for years and the past few times I?ve gotten it?the portions have gone way down and the prices have gone wayup! So disappointed! Read more
