They have a very good Wood fired pizza. I found the sauce had a clean, not over spiced flavor. The crust was good and just chewy... enough. We had children with and to keep them happy we ordered pepperoni and also cheese pizzas. Both were good, would like tohave tried their homemade sausage. The older members of our group went to the brewery next door and purchased a 4 pack of one oftheir IPA's. They allow you to bring the beer to the restraunt. Amazing pizza! Would definitely stop here again. The outdoor seating was breezy and nicely shaded.

We stopped here on the way home from Burlington. Been here several times before, but it's been a few years now. The margarita... pizza gets 5 stars, it was excellent. Tasted fresh and was nice and light with good flavor. The outdoor seating was welcomeand there were plenty of tables to choose from. Service was friendly, but a bit slow for the number of customers there (onlytwo other tables). Inside is a bit dated and could use a refresh. There is also a brewery nextdoor and a winery across thestreet. We didn't go to either on this trip, but they allow BYOB from there to enjoy with your pizza. Worth the stop if youare in the area. It's kid friendly and the Vermont Teddy Bear factory is just down the street from here. Read more

Vegan and gluten free! The gf crust is surprisingly good - soft and chewable, not thin and hard. We got takeout and this was a... cheese pizza made with the homemade cashew cheese on the almond crust. Nice to have the option! Last time there was a moreexciting vegan special that was delicious. I?ll wait for that again before coming back. This was good, but rather uninspiring.Upcharges for vegan cheese ($1) and gf crust ($1.50) are super reasonable compared to other places - thank you for that! Read more

Amazing pizzas and the best beer!!! Get your friends together and enjoy outside.

The pizza is okay. Not much to add one way or another. Here's a little more info for how the BYOB policy works. They will... provide chilled glassware for your beverage, but it must arrive in a sealed container. We expected to go next door to FiddleheadBrewery. You can buy a 32oz. growler or a 12-pack of beer in cans - those are your two options. And way more of a commitment toan unfamiliar beer than I was willing to make. What a diamond in the rough after crossing into VT and looking for our next wood fired pizzeria and brewery. Just two hours shy... of Jay Peak this spot had amazing pizza. Unfortunately the brewery Fiddlehead next door was closed as it was a Monday, but thepizza was thin crusted and had many choices of toppings or preparation. The HDTV that had a live stream of the sea lions at theMonterey Aquarium was a nice treat too. Can?t wait to go back. Read more

5 Star experience all around. Was greeted, seated and eating our food in a span of about 15 minutes. The Shelburne location is a... cool spot and the BYOB is a nice touch. Ordered the fire kracker shrimp pizza and it was outstanding. Cheesy, a lot of differenttastes, plenty of shrimp and a crunchy crust. You will not be disappointed with Folino's! Read more
