Carnitas Tacos were tasty. Yuca was super fresh. The agua Fresca of hibiscus was too sweet. It's a syrup base. I don't think... they have the ratios right. I had to water mine down with ice and water. Otherwise you can't drink it. Too sweet. Service wasgreat. Correction on the hibiscus water by the owner: not a syrup base. Thank you. It was good. Overpriced tasteless food. Chips and salsa were $8.50, margarita was solely ice after a couple of sips, and the tacos were... almost empty of meat. I really do not know why this place has over 4 star rating? maybe the owners started to skimp on quantityand quality with the excuse of ?inflation?. Read more
The service was attentive and pleasant, very friendly staff. I had ground beef empañadas, plus black beans & rice which were... DELICIOUS. Couple of burritos and a quesadilla were truly tasty also and great portions!! OH! We heard this Mexican/Salvadoran restaurant was good and it exceeded expectations. Even though there's a sign on the door... stating they are understaffed and the place was obviously popular and jammed with people we were able to be seated immediately. The service was excellent and the food even better than hoped for. One couple both had the Steak Fajitas with tons of extras. My wife had Enchiladas Poblanos with Chicken and mole sauce with rice and beans. She loved it! Best mole sauce ever she said. I had the Enchiladas Chipotle which was rate 2 peppers and it was the perfect level of hot for me. The restaurant was clean andtastefully decorated with a second room with a small bar and more tables. We will be back again and again. I scanned a QR codeto pay my bill though they mention that cash is appreciated. Went there for lunch today. My friend had a Verde Burrito Bowl andI had a veggie burrito with wheat flour tortilla.
