Came in at 9:15pm on Tuesday, ordered strips and a drink. The young lady working was polite and personable. Another customer... came to order, so the staff asked if I?d move forward for them to handle her, while my food was in deep fryer. She paid, grabbedfood as fast as you read it, then off she goes. I sit there another two minutes ahead of side door. I decided to back up towindow, and employees look surprised I?m still there. We just dropped your strips as we wanted to give you fresh strips. If youdropped them when I ordered them, they?d still have been fresh; REFUND! Word to the WISER, if you are asked to pull forward atthis or any drive through minus Culver?s; DON?T!! You stay in that window until you get what you paid for. Ohio as a whole hasproven to be a place to avoid for fast food, as most every stop for food has been similar. Placed an order for (40) meals for my senior center?s ?Fast Food Friday? Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Brandon both... on the phone and in person. He got all the details correct and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of.The next day I met with manager, Mike. Came right out to review everything, assured us to contact him directly if we neededanything else and even loaded the large order into my car. The Arbys at this location really does have it together! I was in the other day and saw this tall man about 6 foot tall with red hair tied back into a pony tail. He was covered in... tattoos and looked greasy and just nasty. Arbys should hold their employees to higher standards. Read more
We placed our order and received it and as I was driving away I was telling my friend that I had never had any issues with this... particular location. Then I realized that they forgot my curly fry so I had to go back. I went through the drive thru about 6 yesterday. The person that took my order was very professional and apologized 2 times... because she had to ask me to wait a minute. What impressed me the most was the young man at the window who actually looked atme with a smile. Asked if I needed any sauces, then checked my order to make sure the side of cucumber sauce I asked for was inthe bag before handing it to me. Great job. Read more
We used to frequent Arby's quite often. But we are finished with them. The quality of the beef and cheddar has declined to the... point of minimal quantity of beef and higher cost for less product. I ordered two beef and cheddar, two fries.....that's all. Nodrinks. $17.00 .... We won't be back. Read more
The hushpuppy breaded fish is NOT as advertised. The fish sticks range from 1.5-2" in length and the coating/breading is... bland. On a positive note, at LEAST there were some fish in these fish sticks, unlike some fast food restaurants. Read more
The atmosphere was great only because I was in my car, in line for about an hour. The ordering service and at the window was... fine, then they asked me to please pull up, which I did. After about 20 minutes they guy with my order walks past my car,yelling out to everybody else that was also waiting, "who has the shakes with the pies?" I had to put my window down to tell himit was me. Then he told me he didn't even see my car after he walked right past it in the first place. Then I finally get home,and they forgot parts of my order. The food that I did get tasted like it's been sitting for a while. This is the second time ina row for this same exact thing to happen.
