This was the worst restaurant experience ever. I'm very thankful all Jacks aren't like this. I will know next time to not stop... at this one. The cashier was very rude, the manager on duty thought it was funny. They was letting people sit at the drive thruspeaker and not taking their orders so they didn't have to take orders close to closing time. After sitting there for 10 minuteswith no response I pulled ahead to the window and she started laughing telling the other workers to pretend they didn't see mebecause she was ready to go. Then when I didn't drive off she started going off talking mess about me with the window open whereI could hear. When I asked for the manager they all laughed. The manager walks out of her office and starts laughing. That'sjust the short version of the story. It was definitely a experience ill never forget. Read more
We really like the food, however jt a gamble if they will have whats listed on their menu. We tried to order 3 different things... with the drive thru worker say "we aint got that". Disappointing. Read more
Service is always terrible and pretty much every time I go to this one they get my order wrong. They ring me up for the right... order and then give me the wrong food. Just today I ordered a large number 1, large number 6, diet coke, sweet tea, and 2 scoopsof chocolate ice cream. What I got was a a small number 1, a large number 6, Dr. Pepper, unsweetened tea, and 1 scoop of icecream. I do not recommend this jacks. Just make the extra drive to Tuscumbia or muscle shoals and get what you actualy paid for. Read more

This is the WORST run place I've ever been in. Super slow inside and out. I tried to order lunch to go last Saturday at the... counter because the drive thru was very long. I waited 15 minutes to place my order and never did get to. I left. Too much chaosand horseplay. Someone from upper management needs to secretly send someone to observe what's happening in there. Horrible place to work. They will have you work off the clock, on your days off, and if you refuse they will threaten your job.... It does no good to contact HR because they will do nothing. Read more
We stopped by on our way to the Helen Kelller birthplace and the food wad classic Jack's but the wait in the drive thru was... excessive. It seemed that they fulfilled the order of the person before you before they acvepted you order and began working onit. They left one sandwich our of our order but they apologized and gave a free order of fries to compensate. Maybe just an offevening, no problem. Read more
Stopped in for breakfast at the Sheffield, Alabama, Jack's and was greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant! The lady... at the counter was exceptionally nice and helpful. Awesome customer service experience!! Read more
