Nobody speaks French, washrooms were a mess in the morning, the lock on the door is broken, asking for for Mayo I was answered... that only two per customer even though I spent over $20, test fit McDonald's standards. Read more
The service was slow. There were 4 people when I went in to order and only 2 seemed to be actually working. It took several... minutes to order and I was the first person in line. By the time I left there were about 10 people behind waiting to also orderwho had been ignored until the line was out the door. The food was exactly as you would expect from McDonald's but I'vedefinitely had better service and shorter wait times elsewhere. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. My experience with Mc Donald's shediac is worse every time I go there servics is horrible.... Poorly managed. Passed the driver 4 Mc flurries and no tray and has to ask for one. Bought 4 Mc flurries 4.59$ plus tax got 21$for all 4 came out with half a Mc flurry and a hole in the middle never ever ever come to this Mc Donald in Shediac. Gosomewhere else save your money. Went to get my boyfriend a breakfast for when he got off work at 12 noon today. He ate his hashbrown and breakfast sandwich.... Keeps his coffee for after he sleeps after a long 12 hour shift. So he gets up at 7 at night, i go to warm up his coffee in amug, only to notice a lysol wipe or some sort at the bottom! Making some calls Monday! Read more
they turn the lights off as I was rolling up to the drive-thru at 9:50 p.m. what McDonald's do you know of that closes at 9: 50... pm? they didn't have time to turn their screens off yet and so answer the drive-thru and told me that all they could get for mewas a coffee or shake. this store was 24 hours only a few weeks ago and has since been closing at 10:00 p.m. or apparentlyearlier. you either want to be at McDonald's or you don't, this town has no other food source at this hour. so number one youshouldn't be closing at 10:00 especially when so many of the businesses in town get off at 10:00 and people don't have anopportunity to even get something to eat after work. shame on you all.
