Terribly slow service both inside and at drive through (between 5:30 &6pm on a Thurs)
The new store is beautiful and the customer service is new and improved also ????. I used to really hate coming to the Shediac... location because I always had so many issues (wrong order, overcharged, rude service). But I have gone through the drive thruthat had multiple cars quite a few times in a row and it was significantly quicker and they truly friendly staff compared tobefore. I also went inside to order so I could see it, and WOW! they even have a seat for people who can't stand while they wait????????. Was very pleased to see that an older man who wasn't able to stand very well was able to take a seat. And again, therewere probably 4 people in front of me in line when I was ordering and I got in and out within minutes and everyone waiting forlarger orders before me got their meals in a timely fashion. The tables and seating is also much better now and the layout looksvery appealing. They also have those red "Muskoka" chairs outside in the front and it's well shaded in the afternoon becausethey're against the building. Unlike the old outdoor seating where the sun was always in your eyes. Overall, this Dairy Queenhas improved ten fold! Friendly, relatively quick service. I like to go inside to order over the drive thru. Quicker and less confusing.
No matter how long the drive thru line is, dont go inside. Had many people after me including combos served before my single... poutine order was? super annoying. Took way too long Read more
Brought 15 kids for an ice cream they were fast and efficient. got us all served within 5 minutes. Location is great the outdoor... seating was nice. restaurant it new everything was clean even the bathrooms. Read more

I went to this web site listed below. That was another wasted time. Make you go around in a loop finally had to fill out a form... on what happened. Everything is below but I did. It won't send. Just perfect. :( What an experience we had at Shediac DairyQueen. Ordered 2 Blizzard's Large, paid and and stepped aside and waited. My girlfriend pointed out you get the the 2nd one freeor $1.99 So went back up and asked about it. Showed my receipt, without saying anything he turned to get the manager. Managerfixed it up but also not very friendly, while doing it. I didn't get anyone's name but wish I would have now. So I'm waiting formy Blizzards, I see them sitting in a cooler shelf but no one bringing them to us. Finally I got the attention of the guy thatwas running the front, and asked for my Blizzards. He picks they up and the ice cream running down the side. I looked at him andsaid, what I'm I suppose to do with that? Instead of whipping them down, he handed me napkins. His job was done, I guess. I evensaid for a joke I guess your not going to turn them upside down, like they're supposed to. March 27 Sunday @ 2:02pm receivedthem at 2:14pm good job it wasn't busy. So you might want to think twice before you go to this Diary Queen in Shediac NB. All Ihave to say is WOW. I hope the owner reads this and looks at there video cameras . Pricey and burger was dry. The ice cream part of the business is excellent.
