Pleasant person, but didn?t receive our full order. We went through the drive through specifically to do a review of our... experience. From arrival to departure with food, it took 11 minutes to get a sundae, McFlurry, and adult happy meal. Theworker was nice, but we didn?t receive the Diet Coke that comes with the meal. We tried to go inside the store to get ourdrink, but it was locked. The drive through line was long and not worth another wait so we left. We called the number toexplain the problem and to request a credit, but no one ever answered. I don?t think this is the experience that Ray Krocenvisioned. Read more
It's a McDonald's. If you don't know what a McDonald's is by now you have lived a VERY sheltered life. Came through the drive... thru and picked up 2 egg McMuffins. Order was correct, hot and fresh. 2 cases of road rage in the drive thru while I was there.People here in Sheboygan need to calm down and stop being so hangery. Read more
I ordered a curbside pickup of a large coffee, a mcdouble and a mc-chicken. I was on my way to work, I work 45 mins away. I left... the house 20 mins early because I'm new to the area I didn't know if there would be a line whatever. I had to go through thedrive thru to pick up my curbside!! I was literally sitting at spot 2, and you can see the front counter. All I said wasflirtatious kids and no one paying attention. I had a full cigarette before I went to the drive thru!! I told them I was waitingon a curbside they acted very ditsy about it. I tried to confirm the mcdonalds address and the kid didn't even know it!!Needless to say my iced coffee well there was no ice anymore, the mcdouble was sloppy and there were no napkins. I don't care ifit's a mcdonalds that work ethic is not acceptable. I've worked at mcdonalds restaurants in the past for all 3 shifts and thatwould not have flown. Needless to say this will be my 1st and last visit to this particular mcdonalds. Read more
Went to the McDonalds by the movie theater and it had much better customer service and the food was fresh. Most importantly they... got my order right. Not ever McDonald's is the same way unfortunately. Read more
Salty and I don't mean the staff. All their burgers taste like salt! Fries, way over salted. I will admit though that I still... crave a big Mac now and again. Read more
Had a rough day and decided McDonald's would help and it did. I went through the drive through so I cannot say how the inside of... the building was but the outside looked nice by appearance alone. Despite being busy the drive through itself was very fast andthe people who got me my food were very polite and got me my food as soon as I ordered. Food itself was very good! Got somemcdoubles, fries, a quarter pounder and chicken nuggets, all of which I enjoyed! It's a good McDonald's, give it a try sometimeif you're around the area. Usually nice when you don't run into more than one or two families in the play area thankful that there is an enclosed play area... to manage to feed and entertain my kids except for I feel like I need to wipe everything down before I let my kids touchanything there's enough employees they should start doing that every half hour or per customer.
