Still sitting here, 50 minutes after ordering on the app?definitely wouldn?t recommend this location even to people I don?t like
We drove through the drive through. They took nearly 13 minutes for two large sweet teas. She had to have us repeat our order... three times. 2 large sweet teas. One extra ice, one light ice. She had a very hard time understanding this order for somereason. It was funny. Frustrating beyond words, but funny. When our order finally arrives, my light ice drink arrives with thetop busted in. The place where the c marks the straw spot looked like someone stuck their thumb through the lid right throughthe x. Then when I showed attitude Bout it, she had the nurve to get mad at me about being forced to wait so long and having alarge gaping hole in the top of my Sonic cup. Read more
The wait is long, the workers always have the worst attitudes. They treat you badly, oh and don't let them get your order wrong... because they will be so rude about having to fix it. Will never go here again! Read more
This place needs some serious help. I made an online order at 7:09pm. Chili dog special and drinks for my kids. At 7:40 I was... offered a refund because you are out of chili dogs? I checked in but I had to call in to figure out what was going on. Then Iwaited another 15 mins for a refund. Not a free drink offered. Nothing! Almost 45 mins and I pull away with hungry and thirstykids. Read more
My visit was in July, 2022. My experience was much better than it was a year ago. The good was hot, service was a little... slower than what fast food places are with cooked food in warmers. I would rather wait than get bad tasting, warm food. Read more

This is my favorite around! Definitely the tastiest. However they keep getting our order wrong, it's now the 3rd time in a row... and tonight they put pickles on my burger. I asked for a new burger and the manager came out to inspect it. They brought meanother one - it was right and absolutely delicious! Read more
Food is always old, not fresh! Dry meat, cheese is nasty from setting on the burger! Burger is cold from not being cooked fresh... on rotation! Rang up my order separately and charged me more than it should of been!!! Read more
