Employees are usually nice. However, the slushes are typically watered down with no pungent flavor. Got a butter steak bacon... cheeseburger; there was NO BACON or MAYO, and the toppings are supposed to be onions, bacon, cheese, and mayo. Tater tots werecompletely overdone. I thought our sonic at home was bad, this one was worse. If you don't want to get completely ripped off, do not order a blast... from this place. Ordered a snickers blast and it had about 1 mini snickers (not the fun size but the mini) ground up on top andthe rest was just ice cream. They charge $4.69 for this disaster. The onion rings were good but it did take about 15 minutes toget my order. Just avoid this place if you work for your money and expect to get what you pay for! Read more

We ordered two drinks on the app and sat for an hour. Never received our drinks and we were never able to get anyone to talk to... us about a refund. It's been like this a lot lately, never can get someone to talk to you and they take ages to bring you yourorder. Used to be a good sonic but has gone downhill. Read more

Very disappointed in the double stuffed oreo blast I ordered March 17th at 9 p.m. There was mostly ice cream and hardly any oreo... pieces that only looked like it was mixed at the very tip top of the cup. I'm sad to say that I will never go to another sonicagain. You have lost a customer with this 2nd time of this happening. Read more
