NEVER GO HERE!!! Super rude girl working on 8/4/2022 at 8:20am. Comes on the speaker just fine and says "Pull forwad to... WINDOW!!" Very rudely. I respond by saying "Well there's someone there currently". She then sticks her head out the window givesme a dirty look. No polite way of saying please pull to the window for me to assist you or anything along those lines. Whencalling in to ask to speak to a manager or owner she replied NO!! THEY DONT COME IN DURING THE WEEK THEY ARE ONLY HERE ONWEEKENDS!!! She was very rude and had an attitude when speaking to me. She answered the phone by saying Hello never once did shesat hello thank you for calling elevated grounds or anything. I get it's the morning but there no need to be rude to a customerwho was in love with this little cute coffee shop but after today they will never get my business or will I be back and I'llmake sure everyone I know is aware of how rude the employees are here and how they refuse to get management or an owner for youto provide complaints to. What a lack of customer service....especially since it's your job even working in a coffee shop. Youshould want to be nice to customers to keep them coming back. Read more

Elevated Grounds has a great space for quiet working environment away from the office! I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort... of their little coffee shop. They have a unique menu and lots of options! It?s close to 40, so easy to grab quickly off thehighway to support a local coffee shop rather than the large chain! Read more
Try the Korean toast! I have gone here for bubble tea and coffee a bunch of times.. always good.. but I've never seen reviews on... the Korean toast. Tried it today and it was amazing! Huge omelet type egg with veggies cooked in, ham, cheese, really uniquesauce. Loved it! Read more
Cute coffee shop! The bakery items are delicious. We had a snickerdoodle, hawaiian Christmas, cold brew, and cinnamon toast... crunch latte. All worth getting again. The barista was super busy but took the time to explain drink items. If we are ever backin town, we will stop. Read more
Loved this place. They have a nice variety of drinks and some delicious looking desserts. It's clean with several comfy places... to sit and enjoy. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. There is a drive thru but with the constructiongoing on and the recent rain, it's super muddy but look for this to be a great asset and convenience soon. Read more
