Drive thru told me it would be 30 min before they could get to my order. I told her I had a mobile order, she said it wasn't... ready yet (10 min after est. Ready time) and that I should park and go inside to wait. Wasn't keen on her condecending tone, buti give the benefit of the doubt assuming the lobby must be packed or something. I wait in the parking lot for another 10 min, goinside to an empty lobby and 3 people waiting for their mobile orders. 30 minute wait for 4 mobile orders? Short staffed? Notenough equipment to do the job? Foods good, but like every other food establishment in shawnee, it's a mess. Read more

I think salads should be COLD. Perhaps they make up salads and leave them out on the counter to customize when ordered? They... definitely are not fresh when I get one. Read more
I just want to say, I was on the road after ordering their California Club on jalapeño cheese bread. I had to pull over and... just enjoy one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten, and I?m a picky senior. You just have to try it, I will be back! Read more
California Club was good. One slice of bacon spread across half a fried tomato roll, with a single thing slice of avocado on... each side. Wife's sandwich had only 1 avocado slice on 1 side. Recently opened, so have some bugs to work out apparently. Notbusy at 11:05 AM, but by 11:30, people were giving up and leaving because of the long line and lack of seating space. Servicewas spotty. We were 3rd in line. After serving the 2 couples ahead of us, the man just walked away without a word like we wereinvisible. He came back out and walked past us to another register, again not acknowledging us. Then a girl came from the backand waited on us. Not sure what was going on, but kind of strange.
