Ordered a 10 piece bone in and they only gave me 7 went back inside to get the rest good thing I checked my order. The wings... were cold and had a fleshy meat after taste yuck will not be going back to that location ever! No wonder it was empty inside. I did an online order, but I had trouble getting the free wings for National Wing Day. The young lady there helped me by adding... them to my order I just had to wait about ten minutes. Very friendly and wings were great! I will visit again. Read more
I ordered online before I left work to avoid a wait, however I got there about 10 minutes before my pick up time, so I did wait... ( that was on me, not on them). I waited patiently, but then people who came about 10 minutes after I got there placed an eat inorder and got their food before I did. They were almost done eating before I got my order. I love the wings here. Only issue I've ran into is that it depends who's working when. One time, 5 people in the kitchen, no one... in line and yet we couldn't get any service so we walked out. Other times (with only 2-3 people working, one of them being themanager) it was flawless customer service. I've been to wing stops all over, but this place is my favorite...
