We went at a busy time (Friday at 6:30). It took a long time: 25-30 minutes. A couple of the burgers were not hot. I felt bad... for the workers because the place appeared understaffed. Read more
Absolutely disgusting lobby. Sticky floor sticky tables. No sodas to pick from.. no ice. Cold fries . Smells like sewer. Several... fIies around. I am actually afraid to eat it that it might make me sick. No towels in bath room . Read more
Great service, took off one star for being out of the pretzel bun and chocolate frostys, lol. But seriously. Clean store,... efficient service. The front of the house team communicated with the back and drive thru and conducted brisk service during therush I observed. Read more
2nd time I've been here that the lobby is locked and there is no signage as to why. Presumably short staff. Only 1 of the 2... windows is operating in drive thru. Food is okay. Not exceptional, but served hot and as ordered. Read more
Don't go here. This location always has a problem. The dining area is closed and the food tastes old and nasty. I visited today... hoping that it would be open instead the drive-thru because my kids just got out of school. The line was backed up and I wastold they were closed because the manager made a customer mad. I've heard the manager was very rude at this store, I hope theyget rid of him because they are losing business from bad business practices. Read more
Staff is super friendly but they are out of everything and this is not reflected in the app.
For the 2nd time in the past month or so, I?ve waited in the drive thru to place an order. AGAIN had to go up to pickup window... and knock on ledge. AGAIN was told closed with no explanation. Again no signs or notices were posted stating they were closed orwhy they were! This Wendy?s used to be the one to go to, not no more. NEVER again will I go there. Staff were RUDE again.Corporate needs to get that location squared away ASAP. Read more
Finally had a working Frosty machine! Beginning to think this was Mcdonalds. $5 meal is the Bomb tho. It makes up for any other... issues, good stuff and dirt cheap?, would highly recommend! Read more
