I get that there was a long line and they wanted to do their job fast, but they at least need to be accurate. Ordered online,... tacos had alterations (extra cheese and some onions) that I PAID for and they weren't in the tacos when I picked them up.Quesadilla had PLASTIC on it. Didn't give me my drink until I literally had to ask for it. Read more

Everytime I order anything that isn't all the way vegetarian my order ends up wrong with meat in it. (Ordered a Chipotle cheddar... chalupa with black beans which is on the menu) I'm on break from work and don't have time to go back inside to get the orderright. I'm done with wasting time and money coming here. The order is right on the receipt so I'm guessing whoever is making itisn't reading the order ticket right when it comes through. Read more

Basically, nothing is ever correct. It's so frustrating. The order review box in the drive through doesn't work. Your employees... have good energy but if you repeat an order back maybe it should be correct at the window. Read more

I ordered from app expecting food to be ready when I arrived and of course it wasn't. We are on a time crunch for our lunch... break and why I ordred from app and even hit the "on my way make my food now" button on the app. I waited 10 minutes from theactual time I put in for pick up. I didn't even get acknowledged unitl I stood at pick up for 5 miniutes. I will give the staffa thumbs up as once they saw me they were nice. I am sure they are short staffed and if thats the case take away the app sincethey can't seem to handle that and normal business Read more

Been coming here for years. Just as I said a few weeks ago when I came. Great service with the best employees around now. It... struggled for awhile. Good people there. The absolute worst-managed Taco Bell I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I've personally waited in the drive through... AND inside three times for 30-40 minutes each time, and they weren't even busy. I had 2 cars in front of me, and had drivenright up to the ordering area. When ordering through a delivery service, I've had 2-3 drivers rejecting the pickup (on multipleoccasions) before some poor soul does the job. I cannot understand why they are still in business with the current management. Read more
