I've become a regular at this Subway, and yes, I mean this particular Subway????. I used to think a Subway was just a Subway, no... matter where you go, but that is NOT true. Marcy, the manager here is a Queen. She actually cares about her clients, has pridein her store, and is a very hard working person! The fact that I've been to other Subways and they've all told me they are outof the Italian Herbs and Cheese bread(some until JANUARY) and Marcy cares enough about her clients that she puts the extraeffort to make the bread herself every day tells you all you need to know about how awesome she is. I just wanted to do a littlepart in giving her the recognition she deserves for going the extra mile. And also to mention that the ladies that work atnight at awesome! Always love talking to them after I get off work and get my lunch for the next few days. Read more

Employee was by himself, but was efficient, apologetic, polite and extremely helpful. Sandwiches were delicious. Great... experience even with a couple minute wait because he was busy. I will go back!!! Read more

We ordered online on my laptop to the specifc location on Shawnee Msn Pkwy, but it would not allow me to delete the turkey off... the ham & Turkey sandwich. It printed that I could p/up in 15 mtes. I did not put my card in because it asked me did I want topay at the store or online. So I printed the confirmation & took it with me. When we got to the location, they said they didnot have any orders from me. I handed them my print of what time I was to pick it up. They called their manager who could notexplain it either. Then two more ladies came in after us, and the staffers never received their online order either. That is aproblem because you cannot get the discount unless you ordered it online. Otherwise my $6.57 sandwich would have been $11. Itold him I used to be a web marketing director, and the corporate office needs to fix this because they are probably not gettingmany orders for this popular location in Johnson County. After waiting through six other people, they finally made our footlong sandwich. Thankfully they only charged us the $6. Note: Once you get there, their scanner scans the barcode on the couponthat was sent to my mailbox. You have to show it and have them scan it when you GET there. Sandwich was okay. But it took us 45minutes to get it. Read more

Slowest place, employees could care less if they help someone, new kiosk in drive thru to order is a joke. 1sr time it was... raining & didn't work, 2nd time, there was a burned out black area & u couldn't see to order. Read more

I was polite this whole time (for the record.) They ALWAYS forget about the drive thru people! Why? I even pull up to the... window and they will ignore people! Just like today! It was worse today though. Today I sat and watched as people after meinside were served AFTER I ordered. 4 people! They need to get their act together on customer service. So after 15 minutes ofsitting and waiting for my food: NO APOLOGY. This place is a JOKE. And stop skimping on EVERYTHING. I have HAD IT. After 2 yearsof this, today was the day I had enough. Hire someone who can do their job. If you don?t want your job, let someone else take itthat DOES. Also it was so long that I decided to call the store and they hung up on me before I could even get to a person. Whatthe actual?what in the world Subway. The best part. I only had a Footlong on tuna. NOTHING ELSE on it. Why did it take you 15minutes to do that??? When no one else was in line, when no one else was in the store, and you took other people?s orders aftermine? Read more

I eat here all the time. The food is always decent, but the attitude of some of the people who are employed here is uncalled... for. The lady working lunch shift today, rolled her whole head at me over a sauce request. I managed Subway in Tennessee, andyou, ma'am, would be finding another job if I heard of how you treat the customers. Read more

Came in tonight, and our ?server? was absolutely amazing. This is the best experience I have ever had at a Subway. I am very... picky on how i like my sandwiches (I?m pregnant so what the baby wants, she gets) & she did got it perfect. I am so pleased atmy experience & will definitely be returning often!!
