I order a pumpkin spice iced latte w/ a extra shot of expresso almost everyday. ( through the season) Today they messed up on my... order twice from the drive thru . The drink was sloppy and had no expresso in it . Obviously you get used to a drink that you?vebeen drinking for a week straight. I called and spoke with Kelsey I believe was her name, told her what happened she was verykind and polite and told me to come in the next day for a free one to make up for it? I ordered a blended coffee twice from this location and before I could get very far down the road the bottom part of the drink... was not blended at all and they charge $.50 extra to have it blended. What a rip off. Read more
