Came to order my kids two six piece chicken nugget meals when I get to the window I handed the clerk $20.58 my total was $14.58... she hands me back $4 it should have been six so then after that they decide to hand me meals that I didn't even get to beginwith so I told him no I ordered two kids six piece chicken nugget meals and they told me no I did not so I told him to go aheadand give me my money back and I'd go to a different McDonald's the lady and the man whoever the manager was acts like peoplearen't bilingual this day and age and can't understand Spanish and while they were sitting there with the drive-thru window opentalking s*** about me because I asked for my money back because they could not correct my order nor would they even correct itafter being asked to correct it Read more
They're extremely polite professional my food was hot and I received it in a timely manner.
No customer service, the drive through is automated, so that's nice, but not one other person talked to me. Just held out their... hand for my card to pay wouldn't talk at all. Why do you employ rude people? Read more
Horrible customer service...i understand the food service can be difficult. But oh my..this was by far the worst experience i... have ever had at a McDonald's...the drinks we're watery, the wait was horrible even with our order with only a couple ofdrinks.. This is by far the filthiest McDonald's I have ever been in. The two younger employees at the counter were slow and rude,... although an older woman was very pleasant. When we went in, business was pretty slow, and obviously had been for some time.There were many employees just standing around, with none noticing that the place was trashed. Stuff all over the floors,sticky, grimy tables, and the drink area was unbelievable. I wish I had noticed how bad it was before ordering, as I would haveleft. Leaving would have saved me from getting soggy fries and dried out, cold burgers that couldn't even melt the cheese. Iwill NEVER return to this location, and suggest the same for everyone else! The food is the food but for a place for your children to play, this place is disgusting. The slides are covered with food and... who knows what else. I had to clean my own table to have a place to sit down and yet still layed napkins down because of foodand pop n who knows what backed on the tables from the sun. They need to have some employees do some cleaning instead ofstanding around drinking free pop. Wet floor sign out and no cleaning been done. Have to make sure my son takes a bath afterleaving here.
