Is this place actually open 24 hours a day? I work late and frequently come here after 1:00 AM. While the lights and drive thru... signs are all on, I?m often told at the speaker that they are closed. This is fine. If they?re closed, that?s that. Food was hot, fresh and correct! Late night fast food should be done this way. Shout out to Bailey, she was awesome and a BEAST... (good thing) at customer service! Went through the drive through and presented my code first for $2 mc double and small fries. Gave the code three times and... explained what the code was for. Added on to the order a McChicken and a large coke. Got to the window and they told me my totalwas $6.88. I asked if they took the code and presented my phone with the code on it from the app. The same code I gave themthree times and explained when ordering. They said yes it took the code and my total is $6.88. I asked for my receipt and thefollowing charges are large coke $1, McChicken (free) $0.00, small fries $2.49, mcdouble $2.79. Now how did I get a freeMcChicken but had to pay for the mcdouble and small fries separately when I gave them a code for the $2 mc double and smallfries. This is the 6th time they have messed up this single coupon on me. Yes I started keeping track of it. I called to talk toa manager and ask about the situation. We waited for our burritos in the parking spot for drivethru and the lady who brought out our food was very disrespectful. We... informed her we had no sauce and she came back out with attitude and said "she said u wanted no sauce over the speaker" that isfalse. We said mild sauce when asked what sauce we wanted. While getting my drink I noticed that the ice dispenser, on the left side of the beverage bar, had thick black mold inside the... spout and where the ice came out of the machine. The beverage dispenser also was coated in dried syrup. I tried to getsomeone's attention but got no response from those in the back. There was also an elderly couple trying to get someone'sattention to help with the order kiosk. They did not know how to use it. No one responded to their calls. Read more
When going to our usual mcds it sucks. Cold fries, dry meat, forget half the order etc. This time we ventured out a bit and... found this particular mcds. Which was a wonderful change because the food tasted fresh and hot despite it being past midnight.Done in a timely manner with a friendly lady to give us our food. Read more
