Not my best experience at a McAllisters. No ice so we had to drink hot tea. Harvest Chicken Salad Sandwich was mainly lettuce.... Very little chicken salad. This was my first time in. You order from the counter and then find a seat. Multiple options for baked sandwiches, salads, and... soups with choice of their signature iced tea or fountain drinks. We usually love eating here but this evening I was a little disappointed when I was charged $3.49 for a dine in kids meal... instead of $1.99 like whats advertised! When I asked about it they told me that prices have went up and they hadn't changed thesigns yet! Why would u not change the signs if its already in ur system? Pretty good prices, got the new steak and white chedder sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. It was half... sandwich, half soup for $8.95. I love the menu here! You can get sandwiches of all kinds, salads, dessert, regular chili, turkey chili, ...and macaroni and... cheese. There are vegetarian choices. You can go as simple as a grilled cheese sandwich if you like. There is never a greatwait. And the server cleans up empty plates as you go along. Clean, comfortable dining area. I love the Lemonade/tea as mychoice of drink!! The salads are a nice portion and can be shared by two easily! The lettuce is always fresh, and thepresentation of the food is very appetizing! Service was good, but this location was severely understaffed and very busy around lunch. Food tasted good, but the wrap I... ordered was subpar compared to normal. It tasted good, but for the price the serving was disappointing. It only had two piecesof meat on it and was falling apart. Read more
