Dont even try to do delivery... 3 times in a row now Ive placed an online order just to wait an hour, call, and be told they... were just about to call me saying they dont have delivery drivers. Not the workers fault that management seems to suck enough toeither not hire people or keep people there. Read more

This shop does not care about its customers. After 45 minutes i called and was told the order was on its way. after an hour i... called again to ask about my order and to inquire about a credit for the delivery delay. They voided my order, told me theywould not be delivering the sandwich that was on its way, and did not even apologize for the delay. HORRIBLE service. Read more

Said lobby was closed and it took 30 minutes to get the 2 cars in front of me through the drive thru Edit: got to drive thru... window finally: still haven't talked to anyone for 5 minutes. Gg Read more

Zero service, left without buying anything. Went to the drive thru, no response on the intercom. Odd since an employee inside... watched me pull up. Drove to the pickup window, tried to flag down one of the workers inside, not doing anything. I left. Alsoyou guys should really connect your parking lot to the other shopping centers surrounding you. Read more

*Edit* I see JJ's has replied but I can't reply directly to it. I have already done what they asked by submitting feedback on... the corporate website. Ticket number is 02140156. The owner never got back to corporate (or they did, and corporate never gotback to me). I?ve received an incorrect order twice. Never once got a correction or an email/phone call back when I politelyreached out. It?s a franchise location, so I just don?t go to this one anymore. Read more

First of all there was about 9 employees there and three of those nine were busy on their cell phones. They would not ask you... what you wanted on your sandwich they just took it upon himself to make it obviously the way the owner makes it, which wastotally wrong to us. They didn't even ask us what kind of bread we wanted, they took it upon themselves to give us the hardestBread they have in the store. All the toppings they had on the sandwich was so sloppy and Missy that you couldn't hardly eat ityou need a towel instead of a napkin. They didn't give us any choice of different kinds of cheese on the sandwich. The sandwichwas made so very quickly and it was so obvious to see why. It was because they do not have any interest in making the sandwichescorrectly or to the customer satisfaction. I will never ever eat at this establishment again and I don't think my friend will beeating there either. To me it was a bad experience and would not recommend it to anyone. Read more
