I had metal shavings all over my order. This is a serious health hazard and I did not feel safe eating the food.

Already shared experience on the Jimmy John's Feedback website: Charged $4.99 for delivery when the order turned into a pick-up... due to them not having delivery available (even though original order went through just fine online). I was mesmerized by the girls makeup at the drive thru I wouldn?t care if the order was wrong! But my order was not Wrong, The... Food is great almost every time my Son and I go here. Bread is Fresh, New Wraps are so good. One time last week The wrap didn?thave much sauce but it was fresh. We go here once or twice a week. Pretty consistent for us of it being good. Great food that's always fresh tasting. Love Jimmy John's especially compared to Subfake. Mike's is good but Jimmy's is better... to me overall. Got the Black and Blue at the time. But the Midnight is usually my go to asking with the one with avocado in it. Read more

Ordered lunch for my family only to have the manager void out our entire meal and not deliver it. When I called up there to... figure out why I had not gotten our meal after an hour, the employee told me that they don?t know why the manager did it. Theyjust did. I called up once before this interaction to check on the food because it had been 45 mins and just wanted to make sureour order went though online.
