Empty, slow, and dirty, this IHOP screams "I'M DYING" and I'd be surprised to see them open six months down the road. Food was... bland and they were stingy with the sides. Our server was nice but dragging. There were only two other pairs of people in therewith us and I still didn't manage to get a refill for the duration of my meal. At the very least they replaced my stale,flavorless soda with a different drink. This location also doesn't participate in "Ihoppy hour" so I had the privilege ofpaying $57 for the experience. Knowing I could have spent just $15 more for any of my favorite restaurants hurts my verysoul. Will not be coming back. Read more
I went later in the day. The menu options for non breakfast choices is somewhat limited. The waitstaff was attentive, but scant.... I had no issues personally, but the family at the next table were complaining endlessly. I felt really bad for the folks whowere obviously doing everything they could to provide excellent service. The waiter kept forgetting items: it was very busy. My eggs were gross and tasteless. They weren't cleaning the tables off... well and the bathroom was filthy. I hope they improve. Read more
Ordered online. Food wasn?t ready until 15+ minutes AFTER quoted time in email - fairly certain they didn?t even start it until... I walked in the door and told them I was ready for my pick up. Got home, and an entree was missing. The sides for the entreewere there and in their own container, hence how I didn?t catch it at the store, but the main course was gone. Tried to call thenumber on the email - tang nag rang but no answer. Tried the corporate number posted about the store (1-888-844-IHOP) -disconnected. Manager made missing food, but given the double screw up, and the extra 30 minute roundtrip drive I incurred dueto their screw up, some sort of apology gesture on their side would have been nice. Used to love this place... a real family favorite. Visited today after a few months, and discovered that nearly all breakfast... prices have significantly increased, and portion sizes definitely appear to have shrunk. Service was still warm andattentive. While I appreciate that the economics may be driving this, it's still hard to justify $11 for two pancakes, twoeggs, and two razor-thin slices of bacon... especially when you can find much better fare for similar prices at fancierrestaurants. For my money, I'd rather go to First Watch or Le Peep now. Read more
