I was very disappointed in our service at the counter. We asked for powdered sugar filled donuts and received raised chocolate... iced donuts. Not at all the same. We didn?t notice until we had left. The service at this location has been very poor multipletimes I keep giving chances and it never changes. All the staff would rather socialize in the back where they can?t see thedoor. Five times I have ordered in the app to make the order clearer, even so they have always given me something wrong, or they... charge me for an extra product that I have NOT ordered, today they gave me some donuts that were not exactly the ones I orderedin the app Due to an error in the application there were no drinks left, so we ordered them at the drive thru and they gave methe wrong one, not more than a month ago I came to pick up my order, I have an accent when I speak English because it is not myfirst language, Even so, I have a fairly good level and in all the restaurants they have always understood me and they havegiven me what I ask for, but it was not the case here, when the girl who was attending as soon as she noticed my accent began tospeak quite quickly, I told her that I was going to pick up my order, they always ask me only for my name, this time she askedfor my last name too, I told her and she remained silent, I asked her if she needed to know anything else, and she yelled at metelling me in a very bad way that if I didn't understand I should go to the window, when I got there I was a bit far away, so Ihad to open my door and this girl told me that apparently I don't know how to drive in this country either, something thatreally bothered me, I just took my drinks, tried to see her name but she covered it with her hair, has she had some braidextensions in her hair, I don't give more details about how she is physically because I don't want to be the one who looked badwhen talking about her physique Finally I think I'm giving up on this branch, I tried to give you an opportunity in person (theonly good experience I had during the winter of 2022), but since then your attention has been getting worse, I just hope no oneelse experiences these situations I attach the photo of the donuts they gave me that I didn't actually order Read more

I've been trying to make contact by phone with this store. I placed a mobile walk-in order. I ordered the sour dough sandwich... with turkey sausage and added tomatoes. This sandwich cost almost $7. What I received was a sandwich with bacon. I do not eatpork and I had to give my sandwich away. Read the label on the top of the box. Read more
Changed up my favorite Buttercrunch/butternut donut! I will keep checking back for it. One of the employees said someone else... was making them. Hope they come back with the original crunchy coating. The new version is a bit mushy. Otherwise great placeto bring the kids on a donut trip! Read more
They need to change the name to just Dunkin cuz their donuts suck. At least 2 days old hard crusted donuts. Looks like someone... massacred these. Stay away from the donuts and iced coffees only. Never will visit again. Read more

Purchased a promotional cup with their logos because they pitched it as a 99 cent refill of coffee when you bring the cup back,... that was less than a few months ago. Go thru the line today for my first ever refill, lady at the speaker is nice and says ofcourse pull to the window so we can take care of it. Pull to the window and the guy there says we don?t do that anymore andrepeatedly tries to charge me over 2$ While also repeating back the wrong item even after correcting him more than once.
