My Wife and I stopped in for an early lunch, 11 am, we decided to split a whopper with cheese and an order of onion rings. I... asked for a plastic knife to cut the whopper in half and the staff said, we can do that for you...and they did. I have been coming every day for last year and have gotten excellent service but tonight was not in that case the young man... working front counter and drive thru was doing to absolute best he can to get us out as fast as he could. With no help. Not surewhat happened but this is not the place to go to when ownership leaves their employees to run around, frustrated and hurtbecause they ask help and get none. I do not blame that young man at all for anything at all he deserves help with as hard as heworks everytime I come in. He is amazing. Read more
I won't go to that location again after being mocked, by the assistant manager on duty, while trying to give him my order. When... I asked for his name he refused, when asked to speak to the manager he claimed he was the owner. So not only unprofessional butalso irresponsible!! Read more
Typically they do pretty good but there are new employees. I ordered two Impossible Whoppers and they gave me two I?m not even... sure what. They had mustard on them which I hate. If ever you go here make sure you check before pulling away. Verydisappointed. Read more
Goodness gracious ????... I could really get on my soapbox here but I'll just give you the play by play in the drive... through. First... "sorry, we don't have the impossible burger right now". Second... the same guy was answering both drivethrough lane orders. The result was long pauses throughout the ordering process. Third... the order taker guy appeared unkemptand looked like a Mad Max character. It's not for me to judge but it doesn't inspire confidence. Fourth... the food. Terribleacross the board and obviously prepared in advance. Overcooked chicken nuggets, sandwiches with little or no condiments and thevegetables were sparse and of low quality. This review if for Victor at this location. Because of my job I often finding myself needing to eat on the go which leaves drive... thru options. Not very often do you run into someone in these situations that is not only happy to take your order, but willingto laugh, joke, and build rapport with a customer through a box. The small things go along way. Keep up the great work Victorand be the best version of you possible. ???? Read more
This place has been a huge disappointment since even before the pandemic, but it is 10x worse now. Don't even bother with the... drive thru. I have waited in the Drive Thru for 15-20 with 1 car ahead of me. Often times now, you sit at the speaker to orderfor 5-10 minutes before they take your order. Sadly, I forgot how good Burger King can be. Stopped by the location at 75th andMetcalf and food and staff were AMAZING. Hot fries, fully cooked. Burgers actually have generous amounts of lettuce andcondiments. Just highlighted how bad the cold, undercooked fries and skimpy toppings on the burgers at this Shawnee locationare. Read more
I was the only car in the drive through. They told me to pull up and wait by the front door. I waited for about 10 mins and have... no problem doing so if I?m going to get hot, fresh food. I did not. I was brought out cold food. This happens frequently at thislocation. I will not be returning even though it?s the closest restaurant to me. Read more
