Not dressed properly, mask was not over their nose, our sandwiches were cold (yet toasted), tasted like peppers even though I... didn't ask or have any peppers in my sandwich, dry and the bread crumbled all over. Tasted old and over baked. We waited a whileuntil someone was even at the counter, the meat and veggies were all in the center of the sandwich and not evenly distributed. Iwill never go there again. The gentleman working tonight gave us literally the most frustrating subway experience we have ever had. He didn't know how many... pepperoni went on a pizza sub and repeatedly had to be asked to put veggies on before it was toasted, also asked if we wantedsauce on our sub... It's a pizza sub dear... Mediocre customer service and as for sub selection, there could be some improvement. I ordered three foot long subs today and in... order to get them for 5 dollars, I had to have the three toppings of lettuce, tomatoes and pickles and because we wantedcucumbers, lettuce and black olives, these were no longer $5 each, but regular price. My question is = why couldn't this offerbe 3 toppings no matter what they were? I don't think the other toppings could be that much more expensive. I don't think I willbe frequenting this chain anytime soon as prices are getting to expensive. Read more
This location, inside Walmart, keeps up enough volume to always have fresh veggies and cold tuna and seafood!
Several terrible experiences now. Last time i was there, there was one unexperienced worker that was extremely slow and... obviously needed help from her manager who sat at a table looking at papers for the entire half hour i was there and a long lineof customers suffered. This time there were 2 employees. Both obviously newer workers as well. They didnt know what they weredoing and took a long time doing sloppy work. Very poor management. Understaffed and terrible service because of it. Theworkers themselves were nice people but the service was overall terrible because no one knew what they were doing and it tookway longer than it ever should. Read more
