At 4 PM yesterday (10/29) I stopped specifically for a Sweet Tea and a couple of nuggets for my dogs. Let me tell you, that was... one of the finest glasses of tea I?ve had in years. A couple weeks ago, in the drive-thru, I ordered a simple cheeseburger kids meal. The price was slightly more at the window than... what they said when I ordered, but that is typical. When I got home, the order was completely wrong with the exception that itàwas a kids meal. Wrong type, wrong drink, wrong condiments, wrong size fries. And it was cold. Now, I started thinking, and Irealized EVERY time I've gone there in the last 6 months, the order has been wrong. I never complain. Not this time. I called tocomplain. Complain is such a negative word. Let's call it Enlighten. The manager apologized and sent out a coupon for a freekids meal. A week later found me using said coupon for another kids meal. I opened it up and gave it a once-over and everythinglooked ok. Guess what. Up on closer inspection at home....WRONG type of burger.. COLD. Stale fries. I'm done. There you have it. Read more

Ordered on line for curbside pickup. Checked in on the app and given a 5 minute wait time. 11 minutes later, I called and asked... if my order was coming? Told I'll check on it. Lo and behold, my order finally came! I feel like had I not called, I'd probablystill be sitting there????. Read more
