At 4 PM yesterday (10/29) I stopped specifically for a Sweet Tea and a couple of nuggets for my dogs. Let me tell you, that was... one of the finest glasses of tea I?ve had in years. A couple weeks ago, in the drive-thru, I ordered a simple cheeseburger kids meal. The price was slightly more at the window than... what they said when I ordered, but that is typical. When I got home, the order was completely wrong with the exception that itàwas a kids meal. Wrong type, wrong drink, wrong condiments, wrong size fries. And it was cold. Now, I started thinking, and Irealized EVERY time I've gone there in the last 6 months, the order has been wrong. I never complain. Not this time. I called tocomplain. Complain is such a negative word. Let's call it Enlighten. The manager apologized and sent out a coupon for a freekids meal. A week later found me using said coupon for another kids meal.
