The drive through person was not to bright she forgot one of the meals I ordered n when I got home my wife didn't get what she... wanted so I called n talked with the manager, now when I get back to town I have to stop in n get her meal, People want bigmoney per hour to work, well make sure you are doing your job correctly. This is the 4th time ive ordered from shawano, WI KFC and i have been screwed each time! I just called them to let them know... people dont want to spend $50 on old chicken! They said i needed to take it up with doordash. Doordash didnt make this y'alldid! They argied with me that the chicken was fresh ???? i get extra crispy for a reason. So therefore stale chicken and brownpotatos and watered down gravy AND cold mac n cheese ISNT FRESH! Also very unprofessional to argue with me ontop of it! It truly seems as though no one has ever enjoyed working here, but it really shows when it it too physically demanding to... actually give the customer what they ask for (eg gravy on the side) That was the last time I'll waste my money here. This place is a absolute joke. We sat in line for 20 minutes waiting to oder. Two cars ahead of us ordered there food and when... it was our time to order they said they were closed. Mind you it was 1:30 in the afternoon. We were told they were closed due tostaffing and not having any prep done. Even tho two cars ahead of us ordered. I told her you let two other people order. Shetold us no they didnt order food even though they both waited in line for food. Highly recommend you dont waste your time here.The people running this places are unintelligent mouth breathers.
