I've had a lot of Whataburger. And this location has the juiciest burgers I've had from them ever. Having said that they did... leave a lot to be desired. It took much longer than it should, food was out way before the drinks and the drinks did not havethe syrup added so the hubby had to get down and get other drinks. Management needs to do a much better job training because theworkers were working as best as they could but did not have the rhythm down and that's the managers fault. We usually travel to eat at this whataburger because it's our favorite. Today our experience was not great. My husband's burger... had a piece of meat missing which he noticed after the first bite. They replaced the paty by giving us back his burger with thebitten upper bun and the replaced patty and new bun on the bottom. This would be okay at home but that means his bitten burgerwas all over the prep area while they replaced it. Read more
Wow. Spotless clean, and so, so kind. The staff here was so happy and calm, the food was made hot, everything was... delicious. My favorite? Salty fries. Nothing better than hot salted fries. My burger was delicious. What I wanted : a double burger and small shake. What I got : a whole #2 order and a large shake. ... Didn't realize til after they charged my card so I let it go. If there's a question on size, ask me, don't just guess. Read more
Only one cash register open at noon??? Guess they were short staffed but the line was out the door to order . Took about 15... minutes to get to order. The inside was not very crowded but was pretty dirty, tables, floor, and area were you fill yourdrink. Ordered a number three bun less. Took another 15 minutes for my order to be ready. Not a good thing when you are onlunch break. My order was correct so that?s a plus. Food was good and manager was walking the dining room area checking oncustomers. Overall not bad except the wait. Back a few months later and they got my order wrong. See photo, ordered 4 meatpatties with 4 cheese slices. Came out with only one cheese. So minus one star ?? down . I just moved to Texas and tried whataburger for the first time not too long ago, I loved the food so much I actually asked for a... job at this location. I enjoyed the atmosphere and how nice the employees and managers were, the food is always hot, and thereis always seating available. Great location, wonderful staff, a great view of the sunset, and excellent customer service. Read more
You can never go wrong with the best burger in town at Whataburger! Sweet and Spicy Burger is my absolute favorite!
