Went to Starbucks on Saturday and ordered a venti size drink. When I got to the window I was handed a grande instead. Informed... the person at the window I ordered a venti not a grande and he proceeded to tell me that it?s the same amount of liquid eitherway. My wife was in a car accident at the starbucks at 1604 and NW Military. A lady backed out of a parking spot ramming my wifes car... and breaking her wrist.I ran in to get ice for her wrist and told them to let their manager know and they said they don?t getinvolved with accidents that this is private property! Not a single person including the other driver checked on my wife. I wishI could give them zero stars but then I couldn?t write this lovely review. By the way I even believe Starbucks has liability inthis instance so we?ll see how they feel when we have our day in court. Read more
