Waffle was a little under cooked, but the service was quick. Overall, an average experience.
Literally walked in to get food, got greeted by the waitress eating her food with an attitude and asked if we wanted to dine in.... We said yes and then the girl got up and threw her hands up and said well fine I might as well throw my food away. We said youknow what Nevermind you eat and walked out and she didn?t say a word and went back to eating her food. Absolutely ridiculous totreat customers wanting to come in to eat this way. Read more
It is 7:10 p.m. over at this Waffle House in Sharpsburg and after I walked in I was told I would be 15 to 20 minutes before I... could order because the cook said the grill needed to be cleaned before 9:00pm. I was fine with that because we eat Waffle Houseso much. After waiting 20 minutes for the grill to be cleaned I was told that the cook would not make the omelette I ordered andhad already been waiting 20 minutes for. The waitress was not at fault she asked the cooks multiple times and the cook told hershe was in charge and she wasn't cooking it. Very disappointed and we normally go to the one on Lower Fayetteville or Morelandexit. Read more
Came for dinner with my husband. This is probably our favorite WH. Always nice and clean. On this night we had server Abby. She... was incredibly sweet and kind, very quick and just all around great. Went at like 1130 am on a Saturday. Staff is usually different at various times or there are new people so I can only speak of... what I experienced at that particular time. I had a great time watching the crew bang out a rush like it was nothing. Food hasalways been good (it is a diner so know what to expect before ordering) and I will definitely be back yet again. This was one of the Best Waffle House I have been to. My son loves waffle House so we always going to one. We was out of town on... this one. Customer Service was on point from the time we walked in. Even the cook was Great he talk with us and ask us waseverything ok did we need anything, yes we had a waiter and she was also good and yes they had other customers that they wasworking with so we was not the only people inside.. They was clean and I never seen a cook go a head and start on preparingbefore others came in Love it.. He really enjoy what he does and that is great. Enjoyed been in this Waffle House. Read more
