They were running cash only for drive-thru but you could use your card inside. Strange enough indeed.
The "meat" in the taco has lost any trace of flavor, and it now looks like it's extruded rather than cooked from ingredients.

I have had some of the worst drive thru experiences of my life here. And i travel a lot. They don't park cars when something... isn't ready. Instead, they make them wait at the window for 5-10 minutes each. Then, by time you finally get to the window topay, your food is cold. Also, my order has been wrong several times...
