Pretty sure this place is guilty of false advertising which I thought was an illegal business practice. (See pics for yourself).... The bowls are advertised as 5.99 with fries and drink and at the window they up charge you. told them about it after they readme my total because the math seemed off and the response was that they couldn't do anything about it because the system wouldn'tallow them to and that was from the manager. So it's Friday evening about 7:00 and I was trapped in the Drive-Thru for a half an hour. Finally got to the window and they... took my money then told me to drive around to the front and will bring it out . Then I realized why the people were in theparking lot.Everybody's waiting for their food. I noticed an older gentleman go in, hand the girl a receipt and she gave himcash. Obviously he was tired of waiting and wanted his money back. Fortunately I had time to burn but this is completelyunacceptable for a restaurant on prime real estate at peak time. Obviously poor management is to blame which leads me to believethere has to be other problems with this store. Read more

They did not have majority of their sides for the family meal which is not a big deal. Had to wait 15-20 mins for biscuits,... again not a problem. When I received my order, no issues until I got home, ordered 2 orders or mashed potatoes and gravy, didnot receive my gravy. Half the biscuits were crushed under the sides in the bag and also never received any honey or anycondiments for any of it. I will not go again to this establishment again. Read more

This place is amazing! The customer service is always great. I haven't had any major problems over the years. Yesterday I was in... Douglasville and I didn't like how any of the KFC's over there were looking. So my mom and I decided to drive to this location.And 56 minutes later we will please as usual. I know everyone may not agree with this review because sometimes fast foodrestaurants have bad days just like us. But don't hold that against the whole chain. Anyway I hope this helps someone make adecision of whether or not they'll visit this KFC. Read more

Hate to even give 1 star. Poor customer service, order was not correct and had to some of it away the quality was horrible. ... Avoid this KFC. It's to expensive to eat out these days for such horrible food and service. Read more

Went through drive through to get 2 chicken sandwiches (using a buy one get one coupon). Waited 5+ minutes for 1 car in front to... order...then waited to place our order. They said they didn't have any filets ready for another 12-15 minutes. Asked tosubstitute it for another menu item. He offered to discuss with the manager and asked us to pull forward. We waited probablyanother 5 min for the car in front of us to get their order. When we arrived, the cashier hadn't talked to his manager and thekitchen hadn't dropped any filets or fingers....would still be 12-15 minutes to get chicken. We left empty handed. Read more

My grandmother's favorite restaurant has always been KFC. She had passed that morning on Mother's Day and we wanted to remember... her by eating KFC. I ordered online for pick-up at 4:30pm with a 5:30pm pick-up time. We reached the store at 5:50pm where weencountered a hand-written sign saying the store was closing early at 6:00pm on Mother's Day. I entered the store where therewere still at least two workers. There was one pick-up order ready which was not mine. I asked where my order was and was toldthat there was no food and I would have to call a 1-800 number to get my money back. There was no explaination for why my orderwas not made, which was placed and paid for over an hour before. We left and drove to the nearest store in Newnan, GA and werewarmly greeted and had a very pleasant experience. The customer experience was atrocious and added a level of stress and angerto an already difficult day. Read more

I visited on a Sunday around 5:30p for the buffet for $9. This is where my grandmother wanted to come for her birthday so we had... 10 in our group. There was no chicken or biscuits and everything else looked like it had been there since the store opened. Atabout 5:45p a customer asked the cashier if the buffet was going to be filled again. He said he was the only one that was doingit. That customer requested her money back. We waited until about 6p before Cydra came from the back and redid the buffet. Cydra(I think she's a manager) had fresh food on the buffet within 10-15 minutes. I'm not sure why the cashier couldn't multitask.Cydra not only restocked the buffet, she also restocked for drive thru and the front. If it hadn't been for Cydra, we would haveleft and KFC would have received two stars. Thank you Cydra. Read more
