I don't ever leave reviews, but we had an awful experience. Not only did we pay an outrageous price for donuts and coffee, but... it took forever to get our order. The employees also barely spoke to us, and I've worked in customer service for almost twentyyears. Our coffee cups were not even half full, which I am not please about; especially having to pay over $5 for one. And onecoffee order was completely wrong. Our doughnuts tasted stale - maybe even a day old. I will not go back to another Dunkin'until this company starts treating their customers with more respect. Read more
Very rarely a good experience here. It?s the most convenient location to my work and I come here frequently but I wish they... would get it together. Short staffed confused and stressed employees that are rude and incapable of doing their job correctly.Long wait and just an overall bad experience. Please fire the two woman that was working on this day. They were rude and mean. I ordered a dozen donuts and asked them to... include the themed Halloween donuts. Instead she charged me for a dozen and 4 extra donuts. I ordered a muffin and it had hairon it. I also ordered an advacdo toast and the lady ask how does she make it and I why I need tomatoes on it. The service absolutely sucks every time we go. It doesn't matter if it's Sunday morning or Tuesday mid day or whenever. I know... that staff is short and hours are long. I work long days to, but don't start your day angry at customers. We've come back tothis location several times in hopes that they are better only to meet the same bad service. I ordered a dozen assorted donuts customized. They did NOT put in what I ordered. To make it worse, instead of putting in some... of the donuts I ordered more of to replace whatever they didn?t have they gave me 6 of one that I ordered only 1 of. Did theytell my son who picked it up that they had been missing some and they replaced them? Nope! Didn?t find out until he got home andwe opened the box. Tried calling the store NUMEROUS times and no one is answering. This is beyond not okay. To not even let himknow there were some missing is ridiculous. Read more
