Ordered curbside at 7pm to be ready at 7:45pm, arrived at 8:00pm to be told it was not ready because "as you can see (pointing... to a stack of receipts) we are very behind." Yet when I pulled up, both employees were just standing behind the counter notdoing anything and there isn't a single soul in the restaurant to be waited on. Very disappointed and will not order here again,very poor service. Sadly I'm the 3rd pick up waiting already. Also not a fan of having my food made with long blonde hairdangling over it. Hair nets? Nope. Nothing. I then had to explain my entire order again, go through the bags and check thatthey put everything in and still only had 2 of 4 meals done. They were going to let me leave with just the 2 alone atfirst. They continuously told me I'd received fries for the 2 meals they had not even made yet! I'm not trying to stealanything, I'm just trying to pick up the food I PAID FOR!!! Order was FINALLY completed and ready at 8:45pm, an HOUR after pickup time. Ridiculous. Read more

Man that chopped brisket was seasoned so well. It was delicious but I wish I would have had a little more meat on my sandwich. ... I had more bread than meat. I also didn't get onions or pickles with my sandwich. Those are the two things lacking for meotherwise I would have gave 5 stars. Read more

I?m a simple customer. I care about value in flavor per dollar. $17 for a pulled pork sandwich meal with 2 sides and drink is a... little steep but things are more expensive everywhere. That said, the meat didn?t even need sauce (it was that good) and thewaffle fries were better than CFA?s by a mile (crispy and perfectly seasoned). Big reusable cup for drink and unlimited sauce (3flavors). Nice environment with plenty of space. I?d come back again and I?d bring a date if they said they wanted to try somegreat flavor bbq. Used to love this place but it's terribly downhill. There is no more Carolina Sauce, the ice cream machine was turned around... which leads me to believe they don't even intend to fix it, the buns on my sandwich were hard and overcooked somehow, and theportions of okra and fries I received were incredibly light as if they were cleaning out the bottom of the bag. I'm incrediblydisappointed with this new management who clearly did not know how to operate their own register. Read more

Well, we literally went in to try it for the first time. Interesting concept where you walk down the counter to order meat then... sides. Originated in Texas so I shouldn?t have been surprised when they tried to push brisket. It was mid-day so we split a kidsmeal - sandwich and side. We chose baked potato casserole - which was good but the green onions/scallions on top were a littlestrong. Meat and bread was good. We tried all four sauces (sauce makes all the difference). As with other recent reviewers, my family and I have dined at this restaurant many times in the past, and my visit tonight... seemed like a completely different restaurant. I'll start with the positives - the staff was very friendly, and the food wasgood. Unfortunately, the place was filthy. I visited on a Sunday evening, and I would be surprised if any employees had paid abit of attention to the state of the dining area the entire day. The floor needed at least a good sweep, and probably a goodmop. Condiment and drink areas were messy, sauces low, no pickles. Ice cream ran out, but they did refill it when asked by theonly other patrons in the restaurant. Trash can was covered in sauces. I've been a Dickey's fan for a long time, but I will nolonger visit this restaurant. Read more
