The cone I received was stale and their ice cream flavors were limited. No flavors on the menu. Had to ask the girl at the drive thru what the flavors were, she named about 6 flavors then gave up. We... ordered 2 Oreo waffle cones and the waffle cones were weird rainbow colored and super stale. Went into the store to get ourmoney back and the same girl couldn?t figure out how to do it. I mean it?s an ice cream place. List your products and serve oldnasty cones especially when everything is so expensive anyways. Read more
I bought a quart of ice cream and there were, no lie, 3 scoops in it. For premium priced ice cream, I expected it to be filled... and actually be a quart. I'd love to send a picture to management if they want to contact me. Read more
This is the worst baskin robins ever!! They are always out of ice cream, they close before the time listed and I always have to... tell them they shorted me on my double scoop. Go to the new one on poplar rd much better. This is my last time coming here. Read more
I have been coming here for a few years and always had a pleasant experience. Staff was always nice, restaurant always clean,... and food super yummy. But today I had the best experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Jeremi helped me out and was so niceand personable! Attempted to order two single serve icecreams. The first flavor I requested from a list on their website I was told they didn't... have that flavor of icecream. So I left without icecream. When I got home I tried to call so I could get a list of the icecreamflavors they do carry and, after ringing several times, my call was switched to a busy signal. I don't know what they did, buttheir customer service stinks! I was going to give them a second chance but they just blew that! Read more
I have gone on several occasions and they were out of butter pecan ice cream and waffle cones. Come on now... you sell icecream.... One time is understandable (a little) but 2 -3 times is ridiculous. Do better! Read more
