The cone I received was stale and their ice cream flavors were limited. The lady running the drive thru was extremely short with... me and I would just hope these people would find a job that didn't make them so miserable. No flavors on the menu. Had to ask the girl at the drive thru what the flavors were, she named about 6 flavors then gave up. We... ordered 2 Oreo waffle cones and the waffle cones were weird rainbow colored and super stale. Went into the store to get ourmoney back and the same girl couldn?t figure out how to do it. I mean it?s an ice cream place. List your products and serve oldnasty cones especially when everything is so expensive anyways. Read more

This is the worst baskin robins ever!! They are always out of ice cream, they close before the time listed and I always have to... tell them they shorted me on my double scoop. Go to the new one on poplar rd much better. This is my last time coming here. Read more
