Way under staffed, and dirty. It's $11 for the salad bar, which was a waste of money, there's nothing fresh on it, and we had to... get our own food from inside the kitchen!!!! No pot holders, no help, not at all the fun my kids used to have and the prices areridiculous. Read more
Jr turned 12 but his birthday wish was to go here for the last time!!! So we did, I asked him where he wants to eat at and he... said Chuck E Cheeses had the BEST PIZZA!!! I mean the kids had fun once they got to our party and figured everything out and got our game cards. The employees definitely... didn't care about being there and they ALL seemed to stay in the kitchen. The manager stood by the soda fountain and openlycussed loudly in the headset for awhile which upset me because he works around children and there's multiple areas he could'vewent to to get away from children's ears. Lovely place for kids celebrations and entertainment. We had our kids birthday party with friends and family here. It was so... nice, all kids and infants too enjoyed well. The food served here was fresh and delicious. A must go place for small eventsinvolving kids. Read more
Had my child's birthday party there. Place was clean and accommodating. All the kids had a good time. Staff was pleasant. Only... thing I could complain about is how long it took staff to go through the motions of the party. Like serving the food or movingthe party along. But they like many other places appeared to be understaffed. So it's really no biggie compared to the fun andjoy the kids experienced. Read more
We had our child?s birthday party here and it was great! I just wish we had 2 party hosts because it was a lot for ours. It took... a while to get the cards when we arrived so kids were a little bored for first 20 minutes. Also the drinks took a long time tocome to the table and she didn?t have the ice cream ready for the kids when we sang happy birthday I had to ask for it. I alsohad to ask for forks spoons napkins and plates. They were pushy asking me to fill out the survey before I left due to managementwanting that. The end of a kids birthday party is extremely stressful and not the right time when I am trying to gatherpresents, uneaten cake all while keeping track of my tired kids and saying goodbye to my guests. The party host should have hadmore help or been faster to make our party run smoother. Prizes took a very long time too and we ended up having to leave beforegetting ours so we will have to go back to spend our tickets. Would I go again yes but only with 2 party hosts/better service.
