If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered from door dash last night, they accepted the order and then closed the store so the... driver couldn't pick it up! So today I decided to give them one more chance. I waited the appropriate amount of time, however Ifound a large hair through the entire sub. After reading other reviews I see I am not the only one. Absolutely disgusting that Ididn't even get an apology when I brought it back to them in person. They re made the sub and just said bye. Excuse me? I haven't been to Subway in ages. But when I found out they now have a Beyond Meat meatballs sandwich, I decided to give them a... try. The sandwich is actually pretty tasty. I'd give this location "0" stars only I like the food. As for the service "0"!!!!!! Yesterday I went in before noon with my two... young granddaughters to order 9 footlong subs. There was one customer ordering before me and no one after me. I started in withmy order and a man and woman can in when I ordered my first three, when she heard I had 6 more to order, she threw up her hands,huffed and walked to the wall and muttered to the guy she was with. The man who was doing my order turned to me and asked if hecould serve them first, in shock," I said are you kidding me?"......"you'd rather serve someone ordering only two subs insteadof someone already ordering 9????? With that, I said finish my 3 and I will drive to Mount Albert for the rest of my order. Iwill NEVER go to this location again and I hope their business sufferers from such rude and inept staff!!
