You know I've seen what happens to a Big Mac when you let it sit for like a year or more. I'm not sure why orders have so many mistakes at this location. I've spoke the to manager a few weeks ago and she said she would... be sending me a letter in the mail, because of the bad experiences we've had here. I was okay with that interaction exceptnothing ever came of it, no second call and no mail. I had to call back today which was a few weeks later to check up on why Iwas told something by a manager only to have them not deliver on their promise to a customer. It just seems entirelyunprofessional to call a customer back due to a complaint and lie to them over the phone and say you'll do something/send aletter or coupon or whatever she was going to send. Then just either forget or decide to not follow through. I understand noteverything is instantly done, however this was weeks. If a customer spends $13 on a meal and its cold and also not what theyordered, I believe the company should do SOMETHING to make the situation right. I'm not asking for anything other than the foodI ordered and paid for. I expect to get what I pay for as does any customer or person purchasing anything. I'm not beingunreasonable by asking this. Ordered through the app for pickup. Our fries were the worst! We received no straws or napkins. Also recieved the wrong flavor... drink. The only positive was the burgers were hot and fresh. Read more

Went through the drive through 2 different times and didn?t have my order taken, but the people that pulled into the other drive... through next to me both got their order taken. This is ridiculous, I attempted to get their attention several times yet got noresponse, but they made sure to take the order of the person that got there after me though. HORRIBLE service! Worst experience I have ever had at a drive through. Stopped in the evening after some shopping. Waited in the drive through... line for 20 mins for a #1 Big Mac and #2 a double quarter pounder I believe. Drive 20 mins home and silly me never checked thebag as I have never had issues at this store. Sit down and open the bag and there is 2 - 10 piece chicken nuggets. So I callabs speak to the manager who asked if I could come back for the correct items. I said sure even though this would be a 40 minround trip. Get back to McDonald?s wait 5 mins in the line they had it already at the window, I checked the bag and correctitems are in there now. Drive home sit down to eat and take a huge bit out of my sandwich and it moo ?ed at me and winked,which by the way wasn?t a double quarter pounder unless the meat was just that raw the Pattie?s melted back together. It wascompletely raw never cooked through as you can see from the picture. So disgusted as I felt that it was done intentionally forcomplaining and in a very polite way that we got the wrong order the first time. I was not going to go back once again to thesame manager and god know what I would get decided to try and contact the franchise owner. From previous friends who wereemployees I knew it was a lawyer from Allentown. It is impossible to get through the McDonald?s corporate wall to get contactinfo or even names of these franchise owners that I have given up and decided to just share my experience when I wasn?t goingto.
