The food is good, its a little over priced but good. I don?t know how it takes an hour to make two standard subs. I called ahead... they said 30 minutes it?s now been an hour. not sure how they stay in business when they don't seem to want any business. tried to call for 15 mins straight, finally... decided to just stop in to find out they took the phone off the hook while they sat outside on the porch. they then proceeded tojust sit out on the porch until the one finished her cigarette. apparently my time means nothing. left without ordering and willnever go back. i didn't even want to give it one star but it was the only way to post. jr's answered the phone right away andgot my order done in 10 min. Not sure how they run a day to day business. Sat for our order during the middle of the day for OVER 45 minutes?yes 45 minutes... for a standard sub. Asked what our order was 3 different times and we had multiple people who ordered after us get their subsbefore us. You would think a standard sandwich place would be fast but think again!! Read more
Great tadting and great size. Just way overpriced. I ordered a large with half turkey and half cappicola snd was charged for... double meat which i DUD NOT ORDER. Didn't notice this til i got home and very hungry. Was not in the mood for drivung all theway back to Shamokin to complain. Read more
Best place around Shamokin to get lunch and dinner. The owner is THE SWEETEST. If you're not satisfied, if they make a... mistake(THEY ARE HUMAN, IT MIGHT HAPPEN especially since people don't want to work and youre constantly having to train new ppl) they correct it! No questions asked. Best cheesesteaks EVER! The Chef salads with a crispy chicken been my thing. Its to die for. More then enough food! If you're looking for something new. I order from Kelsey's alot, I have 4 kids and my fiancee and myself. I absolutely love the cheese steak subs and the corn... nuggets. But EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER THEY MESS UP MY SUB! Literally out of the last 10 times I ordered 8 of the times my subswere wrong and it's just a plain cheese steak with cheese and mayo. The always add sause or something random like onions. I'mvery very tired of it. I know they are really busy but 60 calls to get ahold of them for a sub they mess up is ridiculous!! Irefer alot of people to this sub shop but when my whole family is eating and I have to wait or drive down for a messed up subits exhausting. Very close to my house when I want something fast to eat. Very friendly service whenever I order. Hoagies are so big my family... and I can't finish what we ordered. They are the freshest hoagies I have ever eaten that they are better then Subways. Thehoagies are 9 inches long and are never soggy when I get them.
