We all know this place has a is the slowest drive thru in the world, but food is good and that's why we wait. So I decided to go... inside and place an order. Place was completely empty and lady working the driver thru ( with 2 other people) told me to wait,so I waited and waited and waited. First of all, I live 30 minutes away from Zaxbys. I ordered through the app to save time. Order all screwed up today. Ordered... grilled chicken sandwich with no lettuce. Opened it and it was plain, no tomato. Small piece of chicken. Not worth $5.29. Alsoordered 2 boneless meals. When I got home, had only one. never had problem with this place until today . completely got my orders wrong . no sauces were in the bag that i requested and... paid for . so fried pickle when i asked . my filet cut with like a wet crunch texture which was beyond off putting. fries weresoggy and all my large drinks were waters when i paid for sprites . definitely not going back until the staff cares more . youhave one job ?. do it right . nothing more frustrating then not doing your right the 1st time for yourself & the customers .also had people visiting from out of town and this was the first food they had and they were very dissatisfied. Very very unhappy. I go here all the time and never have issues. But today I?m upset. I ordered a 20 piece chicken finger tossed... in tongue torch sauce and an order of the fried white cheddar bites. I receive cold cheddar bites with RANCH. And my fingerswere plain and I was given Zaxbys sauce on the side. I was told by the young kid at the window to hang on then tell him myorder. But apparently repeating back the order doesn't do anything when it falls on deaf ears. Worse customer service, knowledge of menu, etc. The latest picture I posted speaks for itself, more like chicken nugget nibbler,... lol. There can be not 1 car in the drive-thru and your going to have to wait 20 mins atleast! Read more
